Your key responsibilities
The Programmatic Campaign Executive will support and assist the Programmatic Campaign Managers with reporting, analysis, inventory forecasting and administrative tasks. The role will also collaborate with the client solutions team, sales teams and the insights & analytics team.
The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The candidate must also have an entrepreneurial mentality, thrive working collaboratively, be adept at problem solving and be keen to learn and develop.
Supporting the team on activation, delivery, optimisation and reporting of TV Plus PMP deals and Programmatic Guaranteed deals across European markets
Monitor PMPs’ health and delivery
Forecasting available inventory
Mid-campaign and end of campaign reporting
Building and exporting audiences
Supply Side Platform reporting
Campaign trafficking and troubleshooting
Supporting the systems bookings process with the relevant accurate administration
The Programmatic Campaign Executive should have a good understanding of the online media marketplace and programmatic buying processes
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Essential
Fluent in Spanish, French and English
Experience of programmatic activation, buy or sell side
Use of at least one SSP/DSP
Strong communicator and able to present ideas clearly
Confident liaising directly with sales and client solutions colleagues as well to troubleshoot and solve problems
Strong understanding and usage of Microsoft Office suite, Google sheets, etc.
Comfortable working with systems and preparing reports
Highly numerate and interested in data analysis
Fantastic attention to detail and problem solving ability
A good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and agency landscape
Can demonstrate effective workload prioritisation
Desirable
Understanding and use of at least one DMP (Data Management Platform)
Experience with multiple DSPs/SSPs
Knowledge of ad stack and server to server and header bidding technologies
Experience of using business intelligence software
