Job Description

To support the Key Relationship Manager/s (KRM) to maintain and grow relationships within a specified account portfolio nationally. To support the sales, profitability and adoption targets across all products and propositions cost effectively and ethically.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop sales and distribution plans in conjunction with the Key Relationship Manager  to develop key accounts across a range of LGMS products and propositions to support the achievement of  income and adoption targets across LGMS and develop multi-level relationships within the Key Partner firms.
  • Build relationships with account portfolio at AR/adviser level to promote LGMS as the preferred Mortgage Club for mortgages, technology and other propositions, relationships should be developed and maintained at seller level for targeted accounts as agreed with the KRM to m.  . aximise the use of SalesForce to ensure useful Management Information and marketing
  • strategy can be derived from the data and records are as accurate as possible
  • Work in an effective partnership with the wider LGMS teams, so that adoption plans and contact strategies are implemented, and that information is shared and communicated to maximise opportunities ensuring that LGMS achieves all commercial and adoption objectives.
  • Represent LGMS at external events where necessary.  Use these opportunities to provide education on the wider mortgage market and LGMS strategy, products and propositions.
  • Respond  and resolve  customer escalations / complaints in difficult and sensitive situations with sympathy and empathy in order to resolve customer and account issues.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and workshops where necessary to ensure that each firm is engaged and fully utilising the value of products and propositions offered by LGMS ensuring that Key Partner firms are retained and that LGMS objectives are achieved.
  • Seek feedback from customers that aims to identify area’s for improvement within product design, literature administration, sales processes and provide information to relevant areas where appropriate

Qualifications

  • CeMap or equivalent is preferred
  • Mortgage or sales experience preferred
  • Fintech knowledge preferred
  • Mortgage market knowledge including advisory processes/journey preferred
  • Sales skills and general best practice
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on all relevant products and propositions, understanding current and future legislation that may affect accounts along with key competitor contracts to handle objections.  Keep up to date with market trends and provide feedback to the Head of Broker Relationships.
  • Analytical Skills, customer planning, service, communication and development skills
  • Engagement, influencing, and presentation skills – in person, online via Teams/Zoom and in all written materials
  • Able to agree and implement courses of action to accomplish agreed sales targets
  • self-motivated and able to demonstrate positivity, perseverance and resilience
  • Numerate.  Able to interpret MI/financial data effectively
  • Experience in B2B2C financial services or similar will be valued, to help shape propositions for end-consumer delivery
