Do you have experience in Financial Services? Do you have good attention to detail? Would you like to be a part of a close-knit team? Our Client Order Management team are looking for 2 Specialists to join their team on a permanent basis, working 50/50 from home and our Cardiff office. 

The team works Monday- Friday between the hours of 8am-5:30pm and enjoy weekends and evenings off to relax. 

We’re offering a base salary of up to £29,000 plus bonus* dependant on experience.

What you'll be doing 

  • Carry out all tasks as necessary to ensure the accurate and timely execution of client orders & cash transfers for LGIM’s Institutional business. Maintaining outstanding service levels to key stakeholders, including TCF principles.  Ensure an end-to-end understanding of team’s tasks and how they relate and impact to all processes, ensuring standard ways of working are applied consistently.
  • Represent the team, department in a professional manner, understanding and anticipating the business needs, developing good working relationships with all internal and external parties.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of COM platform operation processes and systems.  Be able to produce management information to highlight trends, risks, issues and to analyse errors.
  • Work collaboratively with managers & peers to share best practise, creating an awareness of issues throughout the department. Foster credibility and influence towards developing a reputation of operational and service excellent across the firm.
  • Maintain technical capability & knowledge for the role, keeping abreast of market and industry developments. Evidence development and learning through continuous professional development.
  • Proactively identify process improvements, service and risks to ensure client service is robust to meet capacity and stakeholder requirements. Support the development and implementation of projects/initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge and COM and TPD processes and procedures
  • Good knowledge and LGIM key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Communicating effectively with a wide range of clients with varying degrees of investment sophistication. To help clarify the client’s needs and issues and to exceed their expectations.
  • Demonstrating actions that show an appropriate balance of client and commercial needs.
  • Confidently making decisions based on evaluation of risks and using all available information
  • Building and maintain relationships, including proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Working under pressure, whilst maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance
  • Communicating to a high standard, both verbally and written
