We are seeking a Real Property Audit Support consultant to join our Army FIAR team. This role will be performed on a hybrid basis with onsite work expected 2-3 days per week in Tysons Corner, VA or Crystal City, VA. In this role you will provide ITGC and internal audit support to Office of the Chief of Army Reserves (OCAR). The focus will be on the in-scope Army information systems and Service Provider systems/processes relevant to Army’s strategic goal of obtaining an audit opinion.  Additional responsibilities for this role:1. Support audit remediation activities, such as developing/updating process documentation (e.g., Process Cycle Memo (PCM) and flow charts), perform root cause analysis, and developing/implementing corrective action plans (CAP) to address RP NFRs and material weaknesses.2. Design and implement internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR) and RP accountability internal controls per the GAO Green Book (A-123) to respond identified risks.3. Perform end-to-end walkthroughs of business processes, documenting business processes and controls, testing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, and reporting on deficiencies.4. Develop and maintain a Risk Assessment and Control Matrix (RACM) to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risk across RP.

Required Skills/Experience

• Active Secret security clearance (interim OK)
• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management or CPA or CISA or PMP or CGFM or CDFM
• 4 years of experience with federal financial management, and 2 years of federal accounting experience
• Knowledge of DoD Real Property domain and management
• Project management skills to monitor all tasks and follow up with client organizations as needed
• Technical skills needed to prepare status reports for the project and other client presentations as needed
• Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task 
• Ability to travel 15-25% of time as needed
