Crystal Globe Immigration is a leading Immigration Consultants in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for an enthusiastic tele caller, who will spend most of the working hours to guide clients for the immigration/visa services.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize outbound tele sales experience to drive business growth (experience in any industry is an advantage).
• Initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls to build new business relationships from the ground up.
• Maintain and grow the organization by adopting a transparent, up-to-date, and confident approach to tele sales.
• Use provided leads to inform prospects about company services and schedule meetings.
• Develop new customer accounts and cultivate business from existing ones.
• Collaborate effectively with other tele sales personnel to achieve sales targets.
• Execute cold calling strategies and manage objections to... minimize negative responses from leads.
• Convert leads into clients by persuasively communicating the value of the company’s services.
• Inform potential or existing customers about products or services using provided scripts.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience in sales and telemarketing is essential.
• Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to meet sales targets within the specified deadlines.
• Excellent command of English and Hindi.
• Must be motivated, energetic, and capable of working as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy is required.

Must be fluent in Bangali

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
