Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Immigration Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration regulations and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals. This role involves providing personalized counseling, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth immigration process for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive counseling to clients regarding immigration options, visa categories, and application procedures.
• Assess clients' needs and eligibility based on their specific circumstances and immigration goals.
•... Guide clients through the documentation process, ensuring all forms are accurately completed and submitted.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and current advice.
• Conduct consultations, answer queries, and provide ongoing support throughout the immigration process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and review immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Handle any issues or complications that arise during the immigration process and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in immigration counseling or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide clear and accurate information to clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and any relevant immigration software.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Tagalog, Punjabi, Gujarati) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
• Counselor: 2 years (Preferred)
