Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Quantity Surveyor role at Infinity Turnkey Interior LLC (Design & Build) based in Dubai, with the flexibility for some remote work. The quantity surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting for interior and MEP Fit-out projects.

Qualifications
• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• BOQ creation and Cost Planning proficiency
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity surveying
• Knowledge of local regulations and construction... practices in Dubai
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Only candidates with an interior Fit-out background, especially in commercial retail and high end residential projects with a quantity surveying certification or degree, are eligible to apply with UAE experience.
• Salary range 5k-7k, all inclusive depending upon the experience. Required 3-5 years
