DASH Water's Demand and Supply Planner (Planning Manager) is primarily responsible for ensuring that finished goods are available in... market warehouses to meet customer service levels; balancing cash held in inventory and product freshness. This is achieved by creating demand and supply forecasts, setting target inventory levels and meeting KPIs.
The role will include:
• Demand Planning
• Production Planning
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Managing DASH Co-Manufacture
Requirements
What we are looking for:
• Experience within food and beverage FMCG demand and production planning
• Experience of raw material and co-manufacturing forecasting and procurement
• Highly numerate and proficient in using excel to manage forecasting, planning, inventory and reporting
• Copes effectively with change, making informed decisions on the information available, and comfortable handling the attendant risk and uncertainty
• Understands the whole supply chain and the effect their decisions will have on inventory and financial metrics. Can effectively benchmark against competitors and peers picking up on and implementing best practice from elsewhere
• Comfortable managing conflicting interests, negotiating and working with internal and external stakeholders to identify options and then implement the best overall solution
• Understands what information people require, providing accurate clear and timely reports to meet the agreed expectations of all stakeholders
• Experience of working with stock and accounting systems (Unleashed and Xero preferred)
• Interest in sustainability within FMCG and an ability to evaluate the environmental impact of decisions made in the context of DASH's supply chain
