About the Role: As a Fraud Analyst - Customer Engagement, you will collaborate with customers and account managers to maximize the value of our risk assessment solution. This includes proactive analysis of accounts, optimizing risk assessment, and providing thought leadership during business reviews.
• Supporting business reviews for key accounts through the creation and presentation of analytical insights
• Conducting proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key... customer solution performance is maintained and improved
• Performing targeted rule adjustments to address emerging risks
• Developing action plans for key customers to improve their solution maturity

Requirements:
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, etc. and various data types and formats
• Interest in working with varied areas within the company and customers
• Desire to learn new processes, tools, and technologies
• Good research and fraud analysis skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Highly proactive nature and organizational skills
