The Role:
The Chief of Staff will support the CEO and executive team, managing key programs and initiatives across the business. As a recently private equity-backed company undergoing rapid growth, this high-visibility role requires a confident individual to be the CEO's eyes and ears throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives alongside the CEO.
• Act as an advisor, offering critical support on key decisions.
• Drive internal stakeholders to achieve strategic priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Support M&A activities, including origination and execution.
• Contribute to financial modeling and Board report preparation.
• Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics.
• Experience in insurance or financial services.
