A hair dressing and salon manager oversees the daily operations of a salon, managing staff, customer service, and ensuring the business runs smoothly. Below is a typical job description:

Entry Requirements of this Job:

The minimum requirement for this job is that the candidate must possess a BTEC/SQA award, A levels/H grades or equivalent qualification. However experience in working in similar position for long time will be considered and preferred.

Tasks required by this job include:

Recruiting, hiring, training and coaching salon staff creating work schedules for employees inventorying salon supplies and reordering as needed Ensuring that the salon environment meets cleanliness and hygiene standards required by law Monitoring staffs completion of continuing education requirement needed to maintain licensure. Resolving client... complaints and marketing the salon to attract new customers performing salon services for customers as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
