PE Teacher / Sports Coach - Special Needs School

Role: PE Teacher/Sports Coach
Location: New Oaks Primary, TW3 4BX
Days: Every Tuesday
Times: 08:30 - 15:30 (term-time only)
Start Date: Tuesday 5th November 2024 (alternative later start dates available)
Rate: £140 - £160 per day*

Essential Requirements:
• Competent Teaching ability
• Experience working with children with significant physical and emotional needs.
• PE or Sports Degree, Level 2 Sports qualification or QTS certificate
• A minimum of 3-years of teaching experience in UK primary schools
• Valid DBS clearance (DBS certificate obtainable by the company)
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Confidence to deliver PE lessons to groups of children with severe learning difficulties in groups of up to 10 primary children with support from the Teaching Assistant.

Experience:
• UK primary school teaching: 4 years (required)
• UK Special Needs School teaching: 1 year (preferred)
