We're on the hunt for a passionate advocate of science and technology to fill the role of Senior Human Resources Executive in London. The ideal candidate will increase the team efficiency and bring a proactive approach to managing our HR functions. The job will be fully remote in the first 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take charge of the HR department's... operations, ensuring effective management and strategic alignment with our company's goals.
• Provide expert advice to senior management on all human resources-related issues, focusing on people management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and plans, including oversight of HR metrics, reporting, and recruitment initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives.
• Facilitate regular discussions with department heads to offer HR guidance and support as needed.
• Lead the talent acquisition process to secure the highest quality candidates.
• Manage and enhance our KPI and OKR tracking systems to monitor and report on employee performance and organizational progress.
• Coordinate and oversee training programs to address developmental needs and promote skill enhancement.
• Focus on fostering a positive work environment and maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of strategies aimed at a people-first organizational culture.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for both Turkish and US employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all HR activities are compliant with legal standards, including maintaining proper documentation.
• Oversee the orientation and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and the allocation of resources across projects to optimize organizational performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• 5 + years of HR experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with the start-up environment and digital media industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, representational skills
• Solution-oriented with problem-solving and coordination skills
• Successful in human relations and highly organized
• Efficient time and resources management skills
• Responsible and able to take initiative when necessary
• Knowledge of local labor laws and administrative requisites
