About the Internship:
The DWS Internship is an opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and... networking events will all be part of the internship. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. About the Communications Team:
The DWS Communications & Marketing team are responsible for managing DWS’s reputation as a leading global asset manager through delivering engaging content with internal and external audiences.
As a Communications Intern you will:??
• Support the Head of Internal Communications in developing and delivering an integrated multi-channel communications plan that supports the firm’s corporate journey in #ConnectingTheDots
• Support the delivery of creative and engaging content for distribution across internal and external communication channels.
• Assist with the organization and execution of regional and global events across key initiatives – both ‘in-person’ and virtually.
• Collaborate with colleagues at all levels and regions on content and ideas across multiple programs and initiatives.
• Partner with our Employee Inclusion and Engagement Networks.
• Be a custodian of our corporate brand and corporate tone of voice.
• Play an active role in evaluating the success of our communication campaigns.
• Manage distribution lists and mailboxes for specific campaigns.
What we are looking for:??
• Must hold valid right to work in the UK from June through to August 2025.
• Must be available to work full-time (including a minimum of 2 days per week in the London office) from June through to August 2025.
• Must be enrolled and on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2026.
• Must possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding other internships).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent computer skills and capabilities, including MS Office.
• Inter-personal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
• Able to be an effective external ambassador for the team and for DWS.
