Are you an experienced Landscape/Hardscape Crew Leader who is looking to join an established organization that has been around for over 30 years? Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour

Shift Time(s): Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm or 6pm

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Lead crews of 3-8 people to oversee activities including a variety of construction and landscape/hardscape projects
• Ensure a high level of safety standards are met on an ongoing basis
• Attention to detail and excellence are expected as you collaborate with contractors and landscape architects to ensure projects are properly executed
• Operate various landscaping tools and equipment, skid skeeters, mini excavators, back hoe and tractors.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY:
• 2-3 years leading landscaping and/or hardscaping teams and projects
• 2 years of equipment... operating
• Construction of walkways, patios, and walls.
• Planting of large-grade trees, shrubs and perennials.
• Installing site furnishing include bike racks, benches and other furniture.
• Laying sod and grading.
• Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for landscape construction.
• Transporting materials using tools such as shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, and dollies.
• Ability to commute to St Mary’s
• Clean Drivers Abstract
• AR or Valid G License
• Grade 12 or High School Equivalent Diploma
