THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Strategic Demand Generation Representative for our Client Sales team in Miami

As a Strategic Demand Generation Representative at Gympass, you will be pivotal in driving the company's growth by focusing on top-of-funnel efforts for the largest companies in the United States. This role goes beyond traditional business development and requires a strategic approach to identify and engage with key stakeholders within target organizations. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, nurturing relationships, and laying the groundwork for successful partnerships. You will also become an expert in finding and analyzing all relevant information about these companies, such as financial performance, company strategies, mission, etc. 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and prioritize target accounts among the largest companies in the US, utilizing market research, industry insights, and data analytics to identify opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategic approaches to engage key decision-makers, utilizing various channels such as email, phone calls, social media, and networking events.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and other key stakeholders within target organizations, understanding their business challenges and aligning Gympass solutions accordingly.
  • Solution Positioning: Effectively articulate Gympass's value proposition, demonstrating how our platform can address the unique needs of each prospective client and contribute to their employee wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to drive alignment and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system, tracking progress against targets and providing regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing valuable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Company Expertise: Be an expert in finding all relevant information about these targeted companies, such as financial performance, company strategies, mission, etc.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required;
  • 2+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the B2B SaaS, technology, or corporate wellness space;
  • Proven track record of success in driving top-of-funnel activities and generating high-quality leads within large enterprise accounts;
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives;
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for health and wellness and a desire to make a positive impact on employees' lives;
  • Curiosity Mindset: Knowing how to find and uncover strategic information about individuals and companies.

See below for the annual base salary range for this role, which applies to New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts and Washington. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.Annual Base Salary Range$60,760—$75,950 USD
