Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering a diverse range of building surveying projects, ensuring that we continue to meet our clients' high expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough building surveys, inspections, and assessments... to evaluate property conditions and compliance.
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations addressing maintenance, repairs, and statutory compliance.
Manage and oversee refurbishment and construction projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
Assist in the preparation of schedules of work, specifications, and cost estimates.
Provide expert advice on dilapidations, party wall matters, and relevant legislation.
Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:

BSc in Building Surveying or a related field; MSc is desirable.
RICS accreditation or progress towards it.
Proven experience in building surveying, demonstrating strong knowledge of construction and project management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Proficient in relevant software applications, including AutoCAD and NBS Chorus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
