Job Title: Security Officer

Overview:
Join our team as a Security Officer and play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our organization. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for activities, efforts, providing when needed, and monitoring systems to ensure the safety of our premises.

Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect suspicious activities
- Respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance
- Enforce security protocols and procedures to maintain order
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Complete detailed reports on incidents and security breaches

Skills:
- Proven experience in security operations or related field
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and procedures
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other security... equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Fixed working hours per week:

Thursday 1500-2100

Friday 1500-2100

Saturday 1500-2100

Sunday 1200-1800

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £11.45-£12.02 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Additional pay:
• Performance bonus

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:
• security: 1 year (preferred)

Language:
• English (required)

Licence/Certification:
• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
• SIA (required)
