Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Buyer and Procurement Specialist with in-depth knowledge of the chain restaurant industry, particularly in the areas of bubble tea, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. This role will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities, ensuring that the supply chain runs smoothly to support the operations of our chain stores. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Chinese and be available for business trips within the UK and, occasionally, abroad as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement plans tailored to the needs of the chain restaurant business, particularly in the bubble tea, coffee, and alcoholic beverage sectors.
• Research and select suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure that procurement contracts comply with company policies and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining effective inventory control.
• Oversee and streamline... procurement processes to optimize supply chain management and reduce costs.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed decisions and propose improvements.
• Support the opening of new stores and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of existing stores by guaranteeing a consistent supply of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
• Travel within the UK and internationally for supplier assessments and negotiations as required.
Job Requirements:
• At least 3 years of procurement experience in the chain restaurant industry, with specific expertise in bubble tea, coffee, or alcoholic beverages.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage supplier contracts and agreements independently.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes, with strong data analysis and cost management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas as needed.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a valid UK driving license to facilitate procurement-related travel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.

Pay: £33,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
