Action First Aid is seeking dynamic, engaging first aid instructors with industry experience and a passion for empowering people in their communities to Take Action. We are looking for instructors who would thrive in delivering an interactive, hands-on, scenario based first aid program (NO POWERPOINTS, NO SITTING AT A DESK - ALL HANDS ON LEARNING!)

The Ideal Action First Aid Instructor
• Has previous experience in healthcare, teaching, or working with another first aid training agency(an asset) eg. Firefighter, Paramedic, Nurse, Aspiring Healthcare Students... Teacher/Professors, Health/Fitness Instructors, Adult Educators, EMS Dispatchers, etc.
• Provides reliable part-time and/or full-time availability
• Has strong interpersonal skills, is comfortable in front of large groups, is motivated to meet new people
• Customer service, teaching or training experience an asset
• Active problem solver, flexible and positive with change
• Willingness to travel and has access to a car

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Freelance/Contractor
Pay: $23.50-$35.00 per hour (as per experience)
Expected Hours: 8 – 40 hours per week
Schedule:
• Day shift (Monday to Friday)
• Afternoons/Evenings (Monday to Friday)
• Weekends/Holidays as needed
Education:
• Secondary School (required)
