The Revenue Operations team at Personio is a key strategic partner for our sales and customer growth leaders across strategy, analytics, operations, productivity and tools. Extensive experience with Salesforce, including a deep understanding of its build and object design.
Proven experience managing a technology stack, with examples such as Gong, LinkedIn Nav, Data Enrichment Tools, and Lead Allocation Tools.
Solid understanding of territory management and confidence in using large data sets for decision-making.

Develop and manage territory strategy and assignment to ensure efficient account distribution within a large revenue team.
Oversee the technology stack outside of Salesforce, including tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Nav, Data Enrichment Tools, and Lead Allocation Tools.
Collaborate with the central systems team to identify and implement potential improvements in Salesforce by understanding its build and object design.
Utilize large data sets to drive insights and ensure the most efficient account distribution
