This position is perfect for a highly motivated and technically driven candidate to lead the day-to-day strategic management of the Macmillan business. You will be overseeing strategy development and execution whilst simultaneously delivering client service. You will be responsible for the implementation of activity within accounts and will also have the opportunity to mentor and become a role model to the Executive on your team.
Responsibilities:
The ideal manager will have a passion for the digital industry and technology. They will have a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, be highly proficient in using paid search and analytics technologies. The individual will have immaculate client-servicing skills. They will be a team player who is organised, timely and efficient. Moreover, the manager will be effective in running a team and be sensitive to the developmental needs of their staff. They will be effective in generating career development plans, managing workflow systems and delegating tasks accordingly.
Key requirements:
Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
