Team Overview
The Publicis Groupe Growth team accelerates Groupe transformation to high-growth businesses and solutions through the development of company-wide strategies for new market entry, client development, and integration. This team guides the Publicis Groupe vision of the Power of One – the connectivity of our four solution hubs (Publicis Communications, Publicis Media, Publicis Sapient, and Publicis Health) – promoting collaboration throughout the Groupe and infusing Epsilon data and technology to maximize client value.
Role Overview
As a member of the broader Growth organization, the Sr. Director, Groupe Media Solutions will collaborate with other product subject matter experts to up-sell and cross-sell opportunities into other Groupe solutions that may be complementary to or incremental to media sales. This team will participate in a compensation structure that rewards achievement of both DMS, APEX, PMX and CitrusAd media products, and other Growth product targets, focused on driving holistic client and business growth.
The Sr. Director will offer strategic guidance, tactical plan recommendations, and outstanding customer service for Publicis accounts. You will work creatively and with a consultative approach to create customized sales solutions that address our client's objectives.

Compensation Range: $115,500-$194,500.0This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
