We are looking for a talented PMO Manager to support our Head of Business Change in managing our project portfolio, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery. This role is a fixed term contract, to cover an internal secondment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance governance across portfolio, programme, and project layers.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of change initiatives.
• Monitor delivery progress, ensuring compliance with governance and budget controls.
• Create management information (MI) to facilitate decision-making and enhance staff engagement.
• Coach colleagues on best practices for their framework duties.
• Contribute to the Project Management and Business Analyst Practices.
• Identify and implement improvements to change processes.
• Support the configuration and use of the PPM tool.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports.
• Excellent administrative and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize... workload effectively.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of challenging C-suite stakeholders.
• Quick learner with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, KeyedIn (PPM tool), and Confluence.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Desirable project management qualifications, preferably P30 Practitioner or equivalent.
• Relevant experience within an FCA-regulated firm.
