Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for sBrand Consultant for our beautiful Jacquemus concession, we are looking for someone to join its thriving ladies international fashion department in London – Knightsbridge. As the new Brand Consultant for Jacquemus , you will work 40 hours a week in our flagship store.

About the role…
As a Brand Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
• Provide expert style advice about your brand to our customers
• Deliver a memorable 5* customer experience
• Be a proud ambassador for the brand and make sure you are maximising sales to our customers
• Show we are obsessed with style by making sure your department looks amazing and is merchandised really well
• You will know everything there is to know about your brand and be able to share your thoughts on current / future trends
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
• Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings
Is this you?
We are looking for individuals who embrace diversity, love a challenge, are passionate about luxury retail and are looking for something uniquely different.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience working within the luxury retail environment, attracting new customers, and maintaining the highest standards within the industry.
• You are stylish, fun and welcoming, with a passion for fashion.
• Do you have a great knowledge and passion for all things fashion
• You are great at talking to people
