Senior Manager of Financial Reporting
Solidigm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Financial Reporting. The role will be responsible for the company's overall compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Reporting Standards (IFRS). This currently includes involvement with the submission of a consolidated reporting packages under IFRS to our parent company, compilation of our three legal entity financial statement for various reporting needs, as well as building out reports and process for our stand-alone US GAAP financials. This position is able to make a significant impact to help evolve our financial reporting processes. As part of these processes, this position will also be responsible for SOX related controls related to financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SEC regulations, FASB pronouncements and has previously worked in a public company.
